Introduction

Hi! I am Vitoria Gramacho, a local market researcher based here in East Grinstead. I am currently conducting a research project to better understand the challenges and needs of traditional small businesses in our town. From takeaways to off-licenses, cafes to garages, I'm speaking directly with business owners to learn how things could be improved so they can increase their profit. 

This study aims to uncover potential services or solutions that could truly make a difference - whether that is tech, people, systems or anything in-between.

This is an initiative from a local resident who wants to bring value into the town's businesses.
